Smartstruct Pty Ltd are a small construction company based on the Sunshine Coast that specialise in delivering quality assured, cost effective, yet inclusive, building/maintenance systems that integrate and meet the needs of the client.

As well as our own contractual domestic and commercial projects, Smartstruct Pty Ltd, has forged a successful reputation as a project manager and service provider to the Sunshine Coast Council providing highly-skilled expert assistance in the areas of maintenance, repairs, renovation and construction.

Smartstruct Pty Ltd has the resources, capacity and experience to deliver all of the services you would require for well planned, budget orientated projects, completed on time, all while accepting nothing but the highest quality of workmanship from our contractors.

As well as carrying out projects for the Sunshine Coast Council, we are also engaged to carry out scopes of works for insurance claims, accepted as preferred supplier arrangement for building maintenance works at the Sunshine Coast University, office re-furbishments/installations for Bizfurn Express and private works including renovations and extensions. These works can vary in size from small maintenance jobs to various sized construction projects. Our service area spans the area from the Sunshine Coast through to and including the Gold Coast & Gympie areas.

Smartstruct Pty Ltd has an open communication line between clients, project managers, trade staff and administration staff. Effective communication throughout each project allows us to exceed client expectations and continually improve.
